Issuance of summons – for offences under the provisions of Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 – Only the persons who are responsible for the conduct of the business of the Corporation shall be deemed to be guilty of the offences on behalf of the Corporation and shall be liable to be proceeded against and be punished accordingly.
